SRWC has been helping Winnipeggers get & stay sober since the early 70’s.
- We works with individuals and families living with substance use disorder, addiction, and other mental health issues.
- We offer group counselling, individual counselling, and information sessions.
- We are a charity. Fees are on a sliding scale, based on your ability to pay. We don’t want money to stop anyone from getting help.
- We are not based on a 12-step program like AA, NA, CA, etc. We offer evidence-based services. However, we are also not in conflict with AA, and many of our participants attend both.
- We are community-based, not residential.
- We specialize in working with individuals before they enter treatment, and after they get out.
