What do you mean by “spirituality”?

The journey towards recovery from the effects of addiction means healing of the body, mind and spirit. We believe that personal spirituality is one of many areas that are included in well-balanced living, along with physical health, family relationships, future prospects, social life and recreation, and financial stability.
