Researching the Gaps: Resources for Out-of-Control Sexual Behaviour
Sex addiction, sexual compulsions and internet/porn addiction are all signs of out-of-control sexual behaviors (OCSB) that can devastate families, couples and individuals. But how prevalent is the problem in Winnipeg, and are the available services sufficient to meet the need? At the Sex and Addictions Conference, Andrea Shalay and Noah Star will report primary research on key barriers and gaps in OCSB treatment, co-morbidity with problematic substance use and key resources available to service providers.
This proprietary research is a project of SRWC with funding from the United Way.
